
Wok's offer great versatility and are applicable far beyond Stir-Fry. One of our favorite applications is for frying up Brussel Sprouts! With some simple ingredients you can create a your vary own culinary masterpiece!

Ingredients
Brussel Sprouts (halved or quartered)
Frying Oil (Vegetable, Canola, etc.)
1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt
1 Tablespoon of Honey
1 Teaspoon of Sriracha
Salt

Directions
Fry Brussel Sprouts on medium heat until golden brown
Remove Brussels, pat with a paper towel, and top with salt
Mix Yogurt, Honey, & Sriracha
Serve warm with a drizzle of the Yogurt sauce
