Wok Fried Brussel Sprouts Recipe with Sriracha Honey

Wok's offer great versatility and are applicable far beyond Stir-Fry. One of our favorite applications is for frying up Brussel Sprouts! With some simple ingredients you can create a your vary own culinary masterpiece!



Wok Fried Brussel Sprout Ingredients

Ingredients

  • Brussel Sprouts (halved or quartered)

  • Frying Oil (Vegetable, Canola, etc.)

  • 1/2 Cup of Greek Yogurt

  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey

  • 1 Teaspoon of Sriracha

  • Salt





Directions

  1. Fry Brussel Sprouts on medium heat until golden brown

  2. Remove Brussels, pat with a paper towel, and top with salt

  3. Mix Yogurt, Honey, & Sriracha

  4. Serve warm with a drizzle of the Yogurt sauce
